Sam and his team were amazing. We lived 4 hours away but he kept me informed and explained everything throughout the whole process. He organised quotes for the clean up, quotes for the yard and even organised people to clean the pool before open days. Sam would ring me after each open house and let me know how the day went. Kevin would send me a list of who had been and what was happening. Sam and Kevin were honest with what price we might get and in these uncertain time with the increase of interest rates and the house market dropping I think they did very well for us . Most importantly we had grown up in the house that mum and dad built and he has found a nice family who will renovate it and make more wonderful memories .It was all very sad having to sell our family home and I can’t thank Sam and his team enough for the hard work and support they have given me through this process. I was recommended Raine and Horne at Forestville and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house to go speak to Sam. You will not regret it. Thank you
