It was a last minute decision for our to use Sam and team to sell our family home of 55 years in Killarney Heights. The decision turned out to be a great one though as from the out-set Sam and Kevin were excellent with their communication, laid out a solid plan and then worked daily to get the best price for the family. In the end the price was more than what was expected in a declining market as Sam knew how to target the best selling points of our property. We couldn't speak more highly of this impressive young man and his team.
