I've known and engaged Sam's help across a number of properties over the past 14 years or so, both in selling and managing properties. He has consistently been reliable, trustworthy and honest, and manages a great team at R&H Forestville who also work tirelessly behind the scenes. There are a lot of new players in the Real Estate space, not all have the lived experience and history with this area of Sydney. Please don't base your decision on promises of a high returns, or those who prefer to under promise and pretend to over deliver. Straight shooters are hard to find and for that, I cannot recommend higher than Sam and this team.
