I was very fortunate when I approached Kristy Donkin and Sam Pfafflin as the team to sell my unit. They instilled a confidence in me that made all the difference throughout the process. I dealt primarily with Kristy who was very approachable and dealt patiently and promptly with all my questions. I was so appreciative when she explained matters in a way I could understand and when I asked to put them in writing nothing was too much trouble.
