Sam is known & well liked in the Forest area having been the local real estate agent for more than 25 years. We have know him for most of that time in a professional manner & chose his agency to sell our house for that reason. His team were always professional, polite, on time for viewings & set ups, & always made themselves available to us. His whole team came out for viewing the property when it was about to go to market so that they could all step in to cover for each other. Great result! There was a lot of negotiating and managing a tricky offering process. Sam kept all parties informed and the final result was very pleasing.
