Wonderful person to work with

The most honest and hard working agent I’ve ever engaged. Excellent communication and organisation.
Rod was easy to work with. Since we were selling from a remote location, Rod really looked after the property in our absence. He organised trades to maintain and repair the property, kept us informed as to the state of the property, he even kept up the vacuuming! Rod worked diligently to get us the best price and he always kept us informed of all negotiations with prospective buyers. We can’t thank Rod enough for his efforts in successfully selling our property. We would highly recommend Rod and regard him as the best realestate agent we have had the pleasure to work with.

Excellent communication and not
Rod had great communication and knowledge throughout our whole purchase. I have met other agents that just push too far and turn you off the purchase but Rod was great and we felt so comfortable buying our second home through him.

Amazing Agent!

The whole process with Rod was seamless.
From the moment I sat down with Rod to discuss having him as our agent he was well prepare. He had all the information and comparisons of what was on the market in the area and what had been sold.
