Rod was easy to work with. Since we were selling from a remote location, Rod really looked after the property in our absence. He organised trades to maintain and repair the property, kept us informed as to the state of the property, he even kept up the vacuuming! Rod worked diligently to get us the best price and he always kept us informed of all negotiations with prospective buyers.
