A very professional agent with years of experience. He offers assistance and encouragement

His negotiation skills were very useful as the buyers were keen but had some doubts. Bill talked them through the problem, and they were pleased to consummate the deal. He has an easy style and does not push either party but talks sensibly and eases any doubts. Obviously, he has heaps of experience, is very professional and knows how to achieve a good result for both parties.

EASY SELLING PROCESS

I have recently sold my property; this was a process that I have never been through before was very stressful and daunting. Bill Watson from Raine and Horne Goonda was appointed as my agent. Bill was able to walk me through the process and also assist with locating tradesman to help get the property ready for sale.
