Kept me informed reasonably well, and seemed to represent my interests well.
Bill appeared to be 'on the ball'. He used his knowledge of the market well which was reflected by the outcome. He appeared to be able to 'read' potential buyers and therefore guide the whole process. He presented himself as someone who was very easy to talk to. He knew what to do when matters were raised by potential buyers, and this removed an amount of stress from the whole process.

A very professional agent with years of experience. He offers assistance and encouragement
His negotiation skills were very useful as the buyers were keen but had some doubts. Bill talked them through the problem, and they were pleased to consummate the deal. He has an easy style and does not push either party but talks sensibly and eases any doubts. Obviously, he has heaps of experience, is very professional and knows how to achieve a good result for both parties.
