Blake is true professional. Showed up before inspection times and had the property ready, had good knowledge of the property and had the courtesy to follow up for feedback. He's also been very easy to deal with, and is prompt and thorough with communication and paperwork on most occasions. Belinda and her colleague Samantha provided great advice and support during the sale of our property. We initially interviewed four local agents and found Blake the most knowledgeable of the area. He gave us honest feedback and advice at what we needed to do to prepare the property for sale. As we live interstate we needed someone who we felt we could trust, and Blake never let us down.
