Great support, followup and advice
Sean has been tremendous, he has known needs or some time and always "checked in" with me with opportunities. Recently I did purchase a unit from Sean and his support, honest appraisal of properties, not just the one I ended up purchasing but all of my other property options. Very Pleased with Result

Stress free

Professionalism
We found Belinda and Samantha to be professional in all aspects of our house listing and subsequent sale. They both have excellent communication skills and a great sense of humour. Integrity and commitment to professionalism
I was fortunate to meet Belinda during a time of buying property, during the crazy 1st home buyer stampede in 2010. I was impressed with Belinda's integrity, professionalism, and communication to meet the needs of both purchasers and vendors. At this time I knew that it would be Belinda, that I would choose to sell my property in a future market. Approachable and Professional
I found Sean Roach professional and approachable .He was available at times that suited me and my family. He quickly and succinctly filled in my gaps of knowledge about the housing market. He promptly assisted me with the bureaucracy related to organising a rental property. Great buying experience
Was very pleased to deal with Sean.He was very helpful from the fist contact till settlement... Easy and approachable on the stage of negotiating a property price. He provided all building inspection reports to us. Was very easy and understanding while we were struggling with the loan approval. If we had any questions Sean was always there .
