We appreciate Zeb's times to answer our many questions as we were new to the area. From the very begining, Zeb demonstrated his professionalism, and was responsive and knowledgable about the area, market and buying process. It was not possible for us to buy the loving property without his professional help. However, the property price was displayed despite our request to hide them.

As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.
