Would like to hugely thank Zeb of Raine & Horne for the sale of my property. He definitely went above and way beyond my expectations. I was very surprised with the price it went up to sale for, as I had in mind that it would definitely sell way below the asking price. Surprisingly (to me) it actually sold for the asking price... with the 1st buyer and sold within hours. Thats a huge effort and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Not only did Raine and Horne sell my property, they also managed my property for rental for over 6 years. Huge thanks to the Property Management Team for keeping me up to date with a zero stressful experience, due to their frequent updates and communications. Special Mention to Nour of the Property Management Team, another employee who goes above and beyond. Always kept me in the loop in regards to all updates/issues of the property.
