Like a lot of people, unfortunately marked up there with car sale persons I was never a big fan of real estate agents. However, dealing with Courtnie was a different experience then I have ever had buying and selling my last 6 homes. I went to an open house just to have a "sticky beak", as my husband and myself had only been toying with the idea of selling our house. However, after meeting Courtnie and seeing how she was operating for the vendor and communicating her knowledge of the market I soon knew if anyone was to sell my house for the price I believed it was worth, was her. Within 6 weeks of meeting Courtnie my house was marketed and sold. Throughout the process Courtnie communicated well responding to any of my queries/calls asap.
