Andrew appeared to know his market extremely well. He was found to be very knowledgeable and had all the facts regarding the property we ended up purchasing. If he didn't have an answer to any of our questions he made it a point to find the answer and convey it to us ASAP. He made the whole process go very smoothly. I met Andrew when I asked him to do an evaluation for my brother's property. Andrew inspected the property and gave an appraisal that pleasantly surprised me. I decided to go ahead with him. Andrew advertised the property on the 'net and placed a "for sale" sign in the front of the property. A buyer contacted Andrew and the property sold quickly ( this was definitely not what I expected , I thought it would take a long time to sell). I've really enjoyed dealing with Andrew and would recommend him to any buyers or sellers.
