We had the pleasure of buying a property off Julie, throughout the experience Julie was honest and very professional. It was clear to us from the start that Julie's intention was to ensure both the buyer and vendor achieved the best possible outcome. Highly recommend Julie York.

This was not the first time I had used Julie and her team to buy/purchase a house so I am familiar with their level of professionalism. Again, I was not disappointed. They welcome you more as a friend rather than a customer which is reassuring when going through, what can be, a stressful process. Many thanks.....

We had a pleasant experience with Julie. Julie was great for both the buyer and seller. She was fair and kept in regular communication.

Julie’s knowledge of the market was impeccable, her professionalism was second to none, she has an intuitive understanding of your needs, and she draws on her vast knowledge and wisdom to help guide you, and get the job done. I will always be grateful for her manner, compassion and kindness and understanding, from the very first meeting right through the whole experience. Julie took something that was very daunting to me and removed the burden made it easy. I am so very glad I listened to the recommendation to go to Julie.

Julie was Fully committed to our needs always keeping us apprised on the progress of the sale of our property giving us full confidence in her professional experience and exceeding the expected price in only 4 days.

Julie was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process of purchasing our property. She replied to all queries quickly and efficiently and kept us updated regularly. No request was too difficult, with Julie happily helping to arrange measurements, carpet cleaning and various replacement fittings for us (as we didn't live locally) before settlement.

Julie, kept us in the loop at all times. Was helpful and personable. Very happy experience throughout.

Julie York and her team were an absolute delight to deal with. Julie's initial property valuation exceeded our wildest expectations and her determination to achieve the valuation was nothing short of impressive. Julie's advice and support during the open home period was exceptional and her manner always friendly and inviting. Julie provided timely written and verbal feedback from each inspection and we always felt well informed and consulted about these. Julie's professionalism and confidence during the contract of sale process was both deft and reassuring. In short, Julie made the whole process - from valuation to sale an unexpected pleasure. Julie also has an extensive network of professionals she was able to recommend to us (conveyancer, building inspector and so forth). It was apparent that Julie is held in high regard among her networks and (in the way that like attracts like) these people too provided efficient and professional service and advice along with a level of confidence for us that they come with Julie’s recommendation. We would like to thank Julie and the wonderful team at Raine & Horne Helensburgh, we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the agency to others. Fond regards, Scott Lockhart and Kevin Barwick

Julie took the time to understand the context in which we were selling and what we wanted to achieve from the sale. Julie developed the plan for the sale accordingly, which we all followed and which ultimately led to us achieving our goal with an excellent outcome in quick time in a difficult selling market. Communication with Julie and her team was always constant and timely such that the sale process went smoothly and without hassle. We would not hesitate to use Julie again and would definitely recommend her to others. Greg Watts and Meikle Bennett.

Julie was very professional in all aspects of the sale which stretched over 12 months while the property I moved to became available. When the sale process began, Julie was helpful beyond the norm by including finding tradesmen to tidy up the property and ensure it presented to its potential. This is the second property Julie has sold for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending Julie and her team.
