Daniel and I have used Julie Humphries three times in the past three years in order to purchase and sell properties in the area. We first purchased a house three years ago when we were new to the area. We found Julie and her staff extremely honest and friendly, assisting with the smooth transition into our new property. In 2016 we used Julie to sell our house. During this sale we had a couple of hurdles to overcome and Julie was paramount in circumventing these problems, going above and beyond during what would normally be out of working hours. During the sale of our property we also bought another property through Julie. Again, Julie and her staff were extremely helpful during the purchase, providing viewings to the property which suited our needs and providing information when asked. We have always found Julie and her staff polite, diligent, conscientious and hard working. Daniel and I would go as far as considering them friends and would be more than happy to recommend their services. Their assistance and after sales service is second to none. Daniel and I will certainly be contacting them when we consider moving on in the future.

I can't rate Julie high enough. From when we first decided to sell, which was about 12 months ago, until we finally put our house on the market, Julie's service was fantastic. Any questions we had were promptly and efficiently answered. Julie forms the type of relationship with you, as an agent, that you really want. She gets to know you unobtrusively. Finds out what you like and expect. Her team are terrific and you can tell she is good at what she does by, not only her approach to you, but how she communicates with her team and the others that she engages for advertising. Nothing is overlooked. Our house sold much quickly than expected, negotiations were efficient, friendly and successful. Julie also treated the buyers with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism. Subsequently we have now formed a warm and professional relationship to settle as well.
