Sharon has been absolutely excellent in managing my property over the last couple of years. She has been very prompt in arranging inspections, it always comes as both comforting and a surprise that she has personally been around and inspected my property. Have had a wonderful experience with Alicia so far. From the beginning at the on-site inspection she was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. The application process was really straightforward and we had great communication throughout. Have really enjoyed Alicia’s help and warm personality during the tenancy so far and we’re looking forward to hopefully working with her again in the future.
