They helped me secure a tenancy for a brand new home, notifying me of its availability before it was publicly advertised. Finalizing my tenancy agreement was a breeze; they were quick to respond to my enquiries, passing questions on to the owner, and returning with all of the requested information. Overall have been very pleased with my experience, and feel comfortable for the foreseeable future.

Before I move into my property, I found and reported some problems to her. and then I got her respond promptly. And she helped me with everything out even though during that period I didn't live in Hobart. I was touched. Besides, the communication is effective. This agent is really reliable and trustworthy. Sharon has been absolutely excellent in managing my property over the last couple of years.
