Trying to rent out the granny flat myself was a stressful experience. I have always rented from private landlords, so when I had to move house once again, I was very anxious about the whole ordeal of it all. While looking at other rentals for a place to live, I wasn’t very happy with the way other realestate agents went about things - it left me feeling a bit depleted & hopeless to be honest.
