It was lovely to be gifted tea bags and loo roll when upon receipt of keys! Just what we needed

Great rental experience
Have had a wonderful experience with Alicia so far. From the beginning at the on-site inspection she was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. The application process was really straightforward and we had great communication throughout. Have really enjoyed Alicia’s help and warm personality during the tenancy so far and we’re looking forward to hopefully working with her again in the future.

The best in Hobart.
Sharon and her staff are excellent. They make everything easy to understand, and Sharon kept in constant contact so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. Rental of my granny flat
Trying to rent out the granny flat myself was a stressful experience. I found it to be time consuming and needed to read through lots of applications, present viewings and be able to do background checks. Alicia and her team were so helpful and understanding about finding the tenant for the granny flat suitable with our family as it is a separate part of the same house. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent work of Alicia and her team and it removed all of this stress for me.
