I don’t love moving around so I don’t have experience with many agencies, bright side is that I get to have long relationships with the ones that manage the property where I’m living at! Working with Sharon in the past 3 years was an absolute pleasure, she is the most organised and competent Manager we have had so far, since moving to Australia! Sharon was always easy to deal with, extremely professional and very helpful! We’ve never been stood up in that place, she, along with the owner have always looked after us with the same kindness we were looking after the place. We have recently moved into a property made easy by the efficient and open communication provided by the Real Estate and agent. The small gestures made like the little gift pack when picking the keys up or the Happy Birthday messages sent on your birthday have quickly build trust and rapport.
