We have recently moved into a property made easy by the efficient and open communication provided by the Real Estate and agent. The small gestures made like the little gift pack when picking the keys up or the Happy Birthday messages sent on your birthday have quickly build trust and rapport. Our property manager, Sharon, has gone above and beyond to help get our property ready to rent out and in managing it once ready. There have been a number of unexpected issues come up that Sharon has handled efficiently and professionally without us having to worry at all. As out of state owners who can't get down due to the border restrictions, it's been such a relief to having someone we trust looking after our tenants and property.
