This is my first time dealing with Raine and Horne. Sharon and Freya boh have been very helpful throughout the process. Detailed work was done in preparing the condition report which is very helpful. The welcome gift to the new tenants is heartwarming. I still have to experience their response time to maintenance issue. Sharon is super responsive when it comes to replying to emails. Her client handling is impressive.
