We had tried few agents before Mike Skuse in the Innisfail area and frankly were pretty frustrated, but then we stumbled on him and have never looked for another agent since then. We sold 3 housed through Mike and bought 2 and always got the best results. So he is more like a relative rather than just an agent! Thus we have no doubts that he is the best. So if you are looking for an agent to buy or sell anything in Innisfail "bigger region", look no further!

Each time I needed to communicate with Michael, he was always available. Michael kept me updated with information and enquiries on my property. I will give CREDIT where it's due, as Michael was on my side in getting the TOP DOLLAR for my property. A job well done.

Second time I've used Michael to sell my home and I could not recommend him highly enough. Knows the market has extensive experience and data base on available buyers. Both times Michael had my house under offer for the price I was after within one viewing. This guy's a winner and blows all the other competition away. If you want to sell or buy, get this man.

Michael gets the job done. He suggests a good and reasonable sale price and gets qualified buyers close to the selling price. There's no fluffing around with Michael - he does what he says he's going to do and sells property. He is a great asset to Innisfail and his volume of sales demonstrates that lots of others think so too. Thanks so much Michael.

Got the price right for both buyer and seller. Found a perfect buyer who was interested straight away then negotiated a fair price pain free and in a short time frame.
