After nearly two decades of ownership the old store & residence that was my primary residence for half that time needed new owners. Had my property listed with another Realestate company for three months , in that time they did not do one open house, showed only three lots of potential buyers through , so when their exclusive agency ran out , I signed with Michael Skuse, from Raine and Horne, he had a photographer there on Monday , put the photographs on the Realestate Web pages on Wednesday and organised an open house for Saturday , had it sold on Friday, with an unconditional contract, so had to cancel the open house for Saturday , All in the first week.
