Michael did a great job selling our property recently. He found a buyer, negotiated a great deal and did so in a record time. We feel that Michael went above and beyond to assist us and we were always well informed of everything that was happening. We would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell their property - he will work hard to get you your desired outcome!

Took over the contract from a previous agent who had the property listed for almost a year. Michael was able to sell the property in a couple of months.

I've never met Michael in person, but he sold our rental property quickly, efficiently, and with no negotiations required on the selling price or conditions. We have had some bad experiences with other agents in the area not living up to their promises so it was a big relief when Michael called us with an offer ready to go.

Michael Skuse , you acted consistently to reach your goal and delivered on a solid deal that brought the sale of my house to fruition. You gave an exciting pitch when we first met, then as an enthusiastic individual with resilience you took the time to get to know me as a customer and my needs. In a short time with empathy you dealt us a sale with profound confidence. Michael adapted to ever-changing the requirements with the buyer’s demands and worked effectively under pressure. You maintained a positive attitude and acute sense to detail, Michael demonstrated adequate communication skills and completed the requested tasks and responsibilities as he collaborated to bring a successful sale to keep the buyer and seller happy. You led by example. Your approach of embracing change by introducing us to adapting advertising our house with digital enhanced furniture even though the house was literally vacant encouraged me to use this dynamic technique to advertise at a minor cost. You’ve shown a strong commitment to the customer experience by returning calls within a short period of time. I can ensure and recommend RAINE & HORNE with Michael Skuse at the helm of Innisfail to my associates.

Michael was recommended to us and although our property was not within his usual territory, he made the commitment to produce a sale. His professionalism, sound market knowledge and advice ensured the sale eventuated in 4 months much to our delight. Would not hesitate to recommend Michael’s services to others needing to sell a property.
