My experience of buying through Robert has been a very positive experience. He was reliable and informative; he listened and made good suggestions. But what was most impressive about Robert was his willingness to go the extra mile. If there was anything about the property (which was empty) I was unsure of, he would very quickly go to the property to check it out and get back to me. He gave the impression that nothing was to much trouble. Even though I was the buyer, I felt looked after and respected.
