Robert was the vendor's agent for the recent purchase of our property in Kiama. We felt that he was genuine in his desire to achieve a good outcome for both parties in the transaction. He was very professional and his candor and pragmatism in the review of the purchase price was instrumental in our progressing the purchase where we might otherwise have walked away. We have used Scott Douglas twice now to sell our homes and both times his energy and professionalism have been outstanding. His wealth of local knowledge, contacts and confidence have made our house sales easy and stress-free. He is literally always on the job and his energy and attitude makes him a joy to deal with. He has exceeded himself this time by selling our unit on the very first day we listed it with him! I could not recommend any other real estate agent more highly.

Rob was great to deal with helping us to buy our dream property. Rob was very professional though out the process.

Rob initially sold me my property and was a pleasure to deal with. Upon deciding to sell Rob was always there for advice and did not pressure me to sell at any time. Rob let me drive the sale within advice and we arrived at the end result. I would like to thank Rob for his hard work and effort selling my property particularly in difficult times. Cheers Nathan

Listing our home in such uncertain times was always going to be a gamble. But Robert was confident we could achieve the result we were after and he delivered. Robert kept us informed throughout the process and was always courteous and on time. It was also very comforting to know we could trust Robert with our wellbeing. Ensuring current health directives during this COVID-19 pandemic were adhered to when showing our home.
