We were seeking an agent to sell our home and during the interview we had with Rob we knew he would be the agent we would choose. Rob was so knowledgeable with regard to the property market and so enthusiastic about our sale that he instilled confidence in us from the start. Rob worked tirelessly over the selling period with extensive marketing and open houses and inspections continued until the time contracts were exchanged. Rob managed to secure a good price for our home even though hes was working in a deflated market and selling a townhouse that would appeal to a limited clientele. As a side note I would like him to know that the agent we bought our next home through was impressed with his enthusiasm to seek the best outcome for us
