The sale happened to take place at a very slow period in the market, but Robert was most persistent in pursuing opportunities, and in continuing to hold open houses in all weathers. He demonstrated his skills in negotiating with possible purchasers, and at all times gave me feedback, and kept me informed as to how the sale was proceeding. I found Rob most supportive, and would be happy to recommend his work ethic and professionalism to someone seeking and agent.
