In 2019, my rental property was changed to Raine & Horne Kingsford. I had overpaid rent earlier in the year and it was not resolved by my old agent for a long time. After showing R&H the record of mails with my old agent, they were willing and able to refund me the amount I had overpaid within a week, which I am extremely grateful for. I have recently moved out during the Christmas period, and they were also able to follow up quickly after the holiday despite some hiccups in the process.

R&H Kingsford has done a wonderful job in client servicing. All information regarding the property was communicated clearly and all of our queries were addressed. The team (especially Andrew) was also very accommodating to first-time renters and they understood how to approach each case well so that settling into the property can as seamless as possible.

I am a property owner, and my investment managed through Raine & Horne Kingsford. Led by the Licensee Mr Sam Karatasas who has looked after my place like it was his own for the last 30 years. In all that time, I cannot recall any reason to question their management. Their professionalism in leasing and maintenance has always ensured my tenants were happy, which resulted in my property occupied for a very long time with little or no vacancy. I have seen at Christmas time their office filled with cards from happy tenants including mine wishing them well for the festive season, far more than other agents whom I know. Over the years I have sent my friends who were looking for accommodation for their children attending the University of N.S.W. where Mr Karatasas and his team found the right place for the right price and acted swiftly to any concerns the tenants may have. As a socially conscious person from an older generation who has seen many changes over the last 50 years, I value old fashioned respectful ear who listens and acts on problems that arise from time to time and swiftly fix issues for a perfect outcome to owners and tenants. Raine & Horne Kingsford are genuine and approachable agents that value their tenants and owners and are always there to serve their needs swiftly as they have done so well in all the time of our association and hopefully many more in my Autumn years of life. Raine & Horne Kingsford was always responsive to my correspondences. Repairs were done as soon as possible. Due to the COVID19 outbreak, I was stuck abroad and had a drastic fall in my finances. The property manager replied promptly to my call of help by offering a reduction in the rent.
