Purchasing a property in Kyneton
When I commenced my search in Kyneton to purchase a property, I visited all agents in the area to introduce myself. I found Jennifer Pearce to be very engaging and down to earth. I looked through one property with Jennifer which didn't suit me but Jennifer listened to what features I was looking for in a house because she rang me soon after on one Saturday afternoon to let me know that a house has just come on the market that she thought 'had my name on it'. We agreed to meet on the next working day, which was on a Monday and by the end of the day I was the owner of a new house. After almost 3 months of searching, I had finally found the one. Jennifer had remembered what I had told her previously - that I wanted an open plan kitchen, dining area and willing to undertake a small project. This house fitted the bill perfectly. Through the negotiation process, Jennifer kept me updated and the deal was done almost seamlessly. Jennifer was also great after I had purchased the property. She kept in touch and even sent me a photo of a tree that has blossomed in MY garden. I was also able to do a couple of inspections prior to settlement date which was really helpful. At settlement, I picked up the key from the agency and was presented with an amazing hamper, full of fruit, vegies and even a bottle of sparkling wine. What a great welcome to Kyneton pack.

We invited Jennifer to inspect & value our house. She arrived Saturday afternoon, on time & gave our house a thorough inspection, asking many questions to get a good understanding about it. We hadn't sold or purchased for 20 years so Jennifer also took us through the process, advised what we needed to do and was available if we needed help. Jennifer completed the valuation which we agreed with. Within 20 minutes of Jennifer leaving she rang to say she had an interested party that wanted an inspection. An hour later another phone call to say there was a second person wanting an inspection. On the Monday we sold! You obviously know your clients well and have a great contact base. Great effort Jennifer!
