She worked tirelessly in showing my property and was always on call when i needed things to be attended to. Living in another state i wouldn't be able to recommend a better agent to look after my estate and achieve a fabulous sale price, and outstanding friendly and professional service. Louise even organised for my house to be staged with furniture as it was a rental and i didn't want it to look empty and this also helped achieve the price i got. She also oversaw different trades i had in at various times to freshen up the property which gave me piece of mind as she was my eyes and ears overseeing works undertaken to improve my property's appearance. Selling a house is never easy to navigate. We talked with our property manager at Raine and Horne Nelson Bay and she got us to have a word with Sherry Christian. Sherry is such a lovely person, she talked us through the process of selling and completely put us at ease and how well she knows the area. Commucated with every aspect of getting our property ready and sold from start to finish. Sherry informed us of all prospective buyers and a personal insight of each open and interest. She also took into account our tenant to make sure they were comfortable with everything happening in the process, also went beyond to find her alternative home to move into when we agreed a sale.
