Neil was very easy to deal with. The market changed and he forwarded copies of recent sales which was a real assistance. Following consultation, we revised the listing price which quickly drew numerous enquiries, and ultimately the sale. Numerous Open Days were held, clients shown though and comments communicated. Neil kept us informed every time there was a viewing, Open Day, or any enqiry. Following the exchange of contracts, he was fantastic in assiting with organising the final clean up, and cleaning.

It’s not always easy to put your faith in someone you have just met, regarding the purchase of your biggest asset, your new home. However, we felt that trust, commitment and honesty when we first met Louise, right through the process of buying our home. We felt that Louise struck a fair deal for us as the buyers as well as the vendors. She went above and beyond trying to coordinate the timing of the transaction. Louise was such a pleasure to deal with throughout the selling process, Louise gave us guides on how to prepare the house for the market being that it was the first time for this property to be sold in its 46 years of been built.
