Our house sold in the first week.
We recently sold a property in Port Stephens in the first week thanks to the expertise of Sherry from Raine and Horne, Nelson Bay. Sherry's knowledge of the market meant we received an accurate and realistic appraisal and not an unachievable sale price. We received regular updates and feedback allowing us to make an informed decision once an offer was made. Friendly, helpful and professional agent
Sherry was very professional and easy to deal with. Whilst I was a nervous and anxious vendor Sherry always listened to me and addressed my concerns. My property sold prior to auction at a fair price and Sherry gave me excellent advice to help me make the right decisions.

Sherry went above and beyond selling way more that we ever expected
Our experience with Sherry was awesome. During COVID lock downs she did it all for us, arranged painting and repairs, new carpets, staging the pace as well. Keeping us informed with every aspect of the sale. Nothing was a problem for Sherry, would I recommend her YES 110%
