Louise is excellent in her professional and understanding the needs of the vendor. Having co-ownership with my brother of the property, she show me respect of our situation which at times was difficult. Louise kept us both informed of all dealings of the property and arranged dealings for me which could have been difficult from another state. Louise went above the expectation of what was needed to present the property since I was living in a different state from the property. Dealt with a difficult vendor allowing time for other options to be explored while keeping an understanding purchaser informed, who eventually had his offer accepted. Louise is very easy going and genuine. She was great with myself and the buyer. Louise checked on the property, Watered my plants and took my bins out. We had lots of chats and laughs along the way.
