Alex kept us updated on every open house, negotiations and followed up with all interested parties. When the market went flat, he did an excellent job in instilling confidence in us and also keeping buyers interested. In the end, he did an amazing job of achieving a good price. We used Nathan for both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property, the sale of our property was seamless. We had an interesting experience with the purchase of our new property, a number of issues occurred which were nothing to do with the estate agents (but nevertheless somewhat stressful). Nathan has been professional, patient and helpful and has guided us through the process, keeping us up to date with the situation. He was available to call at any time and would make sure to call us personally both within work hours and after hours to ensure that our journey was a smooth as possible. We are very grateful to Nathan and also to Alex and the other staff at Raine and Horne. Estate agents are traditionally viewed with some suspicion ;) but Nathan is honest, upfront and an all round good egg.

There are such things as happy accidents!. I have been looking to buy an apartment for 7 months, have spoken with hundreds of real Estate Agents, and inspected close to 100 properties. The property in Lane Cove appeared in much computer on a Saturday morning 1 hour before the inspection closing time. Got there 3 minutes prior closing time and I stumbled upon Mr Nathan Westerbrink! He was amazing! he was courteous, professional, patient, knowledgeable and every other positive word you could think to describe someone.
