Stuart and Raine&Horne were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The price in which we received for the sale of our home was absolutely outstanding and we couldn't be happier. Being the first home we have sold, Stuart's knowledge and professionalism made it easy and stress free. We highly recommend Stuart and Raine&Horne!!!

I would certainly recommend Stuart Bourne to sell your property and I would use him again. He guided me through the process so I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. Advised on how the property should be presented and, to my great excitement, sold my home within a few days for a very satisfactory price. Thank you Stuart.

Nathan understands the Lane Cove market very well and provides timely updates to changes of market price expectation during the lengthy sales campaign. Nathan is a greater communicator that not only provide succinct and effective update to the owner after each inspection, and focuses extensively on the conversion of potential buyers to a contract. It has been a pleasure working with Nathan and highly recommended to those who're looking into the Lane Cove real estate market.

Nathan was outstanding from beginning to end. We felt confident that he would guide us in the right direction since we had never sold a property before, our nerves were kept at bay knowing Nathan had our backs, both professionally and personally. Always available and always open and honest , in the end our final result at auction exceeding all of our expectations! Although we are glad the auction campaign is over we will genuinely miss conversing with Nathan on a daily basis. Go with Nathan and you honestly won't be disappointed, Natalie and Luke Daniels

In short, we cannot recommend Stuart highly enough - his professionalism, attention to detail, communication, transparency and guidance throughout the process was incredible. Stuart was patient and understanding of the fact that selling a house is stressful and highly emotional, which we found to be very refreshing in the real estate industry in general. We were extremely happy with the result (which was far beyond our expectations), and it was all due to Stuart's many years of experience in the Lane Cove market (and the fantastic team he has supporting him). Without a doubt, best agent in Lane Cove.

Stuart went above and beyond to ensure that we had a stress free and fantastic outcome in the sale of my property. Thank you!

Agent was easy to deal with, and available outside of business hours which was great seeing we both work. He offered private appointments to view the property. On auction day he helped negotiate with both sides to get the best outcome. We were pleased with the result and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to other buyers/seller.

I bought through Nathan in 2014. I really loved the way he treated me as a buyer. He always chose the right words. I then decided that if I ever sell it would be through Nathan. Earlier this year I sold through Nathan. His use of technology and communication is top notch. Over all it was a great experience buying and selling through Nathan. I highly recommend Nathan and he now has a fantastic team supporting him as well.

Alex was able to get the deal across the line, it wasn't an easy or simple transaction so there were issues. Alex faced them head on and closed the deal despite the challenges. Our thanks to him.
