Simone and her team were amazing throughout the process of selling our home. From the moment we met Simone, they have exceeded all expectations we had. Their communication was very clear and they kept us up to date during all stages. They were always available for any questions we had and always attended to our requests promptly. They managed our expectations, kept us grounded and reassured us when the anxiety hit! They helped us get our property to the best possible shape by liaising directly with the contractors for new tiles, painting, styling and miscellaneous jobs. This made our lives much easier as they already had an established relationship with the contractors. Simone did an excellent job keeping in touch with all potential buyers and twice a week we received a detailed report of the conversations she was having with all of them. At auction, Simone and her team were all present to ensure they were liaising directly with the buyers to answer any last minute questions. Simone and her team's customer service is by far the best I have experienced recently and we have very high expectations when it comes to customer service. In the end, we achieved an amazing result at auction and there is no way we would've done this without Simone and her team.
