We used Oscar to sell an apartment in Lane Cove recently and would unreservedly recommend him to anyone. Found him to be a professional and honest agent, who had a very good understanding of the market and market pressures. Very easy to talk to as he had practical, no-nonsense manner, and was always happy to help with his strong local knowledge. We genuinely felt he was focused on looking after our interests, and we were just not another number. He was transparent in all his dealings, keeping us up to date with all aspects of the process. If the opportunity rose to deal with Oscar again in either a sale or purchase, we would definitely use him.

Rebecca and her team has been tremendous in helping us to sell our house in Lane Cove. They really put in the efforts and always positive about our property. They were able to find the unique values of the property and stayed confident and optimistic no matter how tough the campaign gets. She ended up helping us to secure a really good buyer for our beloved family home within 3 weeks. Highly professional team and very knowledgeable about the Lane Cove region. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who’s looking for an agent that truely acts in the selller’s best interest and is about getting the best possible outcome.

Alex is the premium agent in Lane Cove for apartments, that what he sells. His advice, pre sale for set up maintenance, dressing, market position & comparisons stood out to us and was the reason we chose him after interviewing two competitors. We achieved our benchmark price plus some. If you are looking to sell, consider pre sale planning and the huge impact it has on price. Consider also who provides intimate knowledge of your area. Most important listen to your adviser. Alex was ours.
