Working with Oscar Nicolls was a perfect and faultless experience. Oscar's extreme professionalism, contactability and overall level of expertise and understanding of the Lane Cove market went well beyond and exceeded all expectations. Oscar and his offsider Mackenzie were recommended to me by a recent vender also in the local market - I am delighted that I had selected Oscar's services to sell my apartment in Lane Cove. I was delighted with the price received too. Thank you Oscar!

We are delighted with the record outcome we achieved through Rebecca. The process was made easy for our busy lives - the marketing and strategic, buyer targeting approach worked very well and the updates we were provided along the way, were comforting, encouraging and informative. Rebecca achieved an outcome above our expectation and earlier than expected. Rebecca and her team have an eye for detail, and this was evident throughout the process. The way Rebecca was able to showcase our properties qualities / features, coupled with the attributes of the area we live in was very good. Now having worked with Rebecca and the team, I can understand why a record, over expectation result was achieved. Thanks Rebecca & Team (Clare - Simone - Raine & Horne Lower North Shore)

We recently purchased a property from Mary-Anne and she was a joy to work with. Friendly, really pleasant manner and none of that ick you can get from some agents. No hard sell or games, just a determination to make a deal happen in a timely way for her vendors while also caring about the result for us as the purchasers. And even when there was a hiccup with the settlement date, which is out of her control, she helped us reach a satisfactory result. Excellent service, can’t recommend highly enough.

We can’t recommend Mary-Anne highly enough to anyone looking to partner with an agent who delivers on what they say they will. From the start of our dealings with Mary-Anne we found her to be transparent in approach and very knowledgeable about market conditions. She kept us constantly informed with valuable feedback and was absolutely committed to getting us our desired outcome. She invested time getting to know our property very well and then used her vast network to proactively match suitable buyers to our house and we were very happy with the outcome.

I recently sold a unit in Lane Cove and cannot thank our agent Mary-Anne Fitzgerald from Raine & Horne more for her expertise, professionalism, hard work and friendliness. Mary-Anne is very knowledgeable. She offered great ideas and helped me prepare the unit so that it is presented in the best possible way. Every inspection/open house was always well attended! There was regular communication and feedback. Undoubtedly, Mary-Anne is well experienced and is an expert in her field. She knew how to motivate clients and find solutions to their issues. She followed up each potential buyer with patience, confidence and diligence. The whole undertaking was not as stressful as I have always imagined (and I'm one person who gets stressed quite easily!) . Instead, it was smooth, transparent and easy. The unit was sold very quickly and the final price achieved was way more than I expected! I would not have been able to do this without Mary-Anne's help. I would recommend her as an agent to anyone and wish her all the best for the future!
