Oscar is the consummate agent: professional, knowledgeable about the local housing market, committed to his work, and available for discussion day and night. He is an excellent communicator, quick to respond to emails and provided detailed reports after each occasion the unit was open for inspection. He also arranged for the unit to be painted and carpeted, new lighting installed and temporary styling. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Oscar and his team.

It was a pleasure to work with Simone in the purchase of our property. While always looking after the interests of her client, she always provided clear and accurate information and answers to any queries we had. We always received honest and complete answers to our questions, and the handling of the final agreement was exemplary, including guiding us through the requirements and pointing out any potential pitfalls.

I recently sold my unit with Oscar. Given the rapidly changing market, my property took longer to sell than I had hoped. Despite the added challenge of me being based overseas, Oscar constantly provided me with sound, honest guidance and kept me updated every step of the way through what turned out to be a very stressful sale process. Oscar is very open and honest and made it feel that you were in safe hands and working with a friend.

Simone was a delight to deal with. She is an excellent communicator and kept in touch exactly the right amount throughout the process -- from my first viewing of the apartment to the consideration phase, then from my initial offer to my revised offer and then acceptance from the seller. Buying my first-ever home was exciting. Simone was enthusiastic and professional the whole way through.

Thank you Oscar for your hard work and dedication to sell my property. It was such an asset to have you. Your ability to communicate, negotiate and market my property was so pivotal when selling my place and I thank you for that. Oscar, your professionalism and communication skills are second to none. I would highly recommend Oscar from Raine and Horne to sell a property.

Alex and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the process which was overall very smooth end to end. As a first time vendor I always felt like I was in good hands and fair to say these outstanding reviews speak for themselves. Thanks again!

Mary-Anne did an outstanding job of working with us as buyers and her clients to get a result for both parties. Selling or buying real estate can be a very stressful time and we were impressed by how Mary-Anne took a lot of the angst out of the process and, with great knowledge of the market, achieved a fair result for all.
