Mary-Anne has a wealth of knowledge of the real estate market. She was professional, honest and transparent with me throughout the whole process. It was refreshing to deal with someone with so much integrity. She got us a great price before auction which we were delighted with. This outcome shows just how invested she was to looking after me as her clients while balancing the best interest of the purchaser. Highly recommend Mary-Ann and her team.

Rebecca represented us as purchasers and was very professional at all times, went out of her way to help us, especially as we were located overseas, nothing was too much trouble and always returned emails quickly. The second time our family has had her as an agent and would recommend her anytime either representing as a vendors agent or purchaser.

From the initial meeting, we found Nathan to be very impressionable. He is always up for a chat and a laugh but on the flip side he worked really hard and ran a great campaign to help us sell our property. He is also very professional, endlessly chasing leads and kept us informed at every step. We would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property. It’s good to have him in your corner.

Rebecca always had time for me and guided me every step of the way, her team was extremely helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend using Rebecca, she made a very stressful time easier and I will always be grateful. The builders/handymen that she works with were also brilliant. Thanks to everyone.

Rebecca's honest, open and friendly approach made it easier to deal with the stress of buying a home. She was fair and transparent about her processes and communication. In the run up to the auction she worked hard for everyone. For us, she helped us clarify the important contractual stuff so that we felt comfortable about bidding, negotiating our make-or-break concerns with the seller and responding quickly to our queries. Asking us to meet this particular seller afterwards added a warm and human touch to the whole thing.

I initially chose Nathan Westerbrink to be my agent because of an incident 10 years prior, where he helped me when I was in a car accident - he showed what a caring and thorough person he was. That was the level of trust I put in him, and he didn’t disappoint ! Not only was he good and patient person to deal with relating to the sale, but he also had great strategies and follow-through to help me sell my Unit for the best possible price. Would I recommend him to others selling their properties ? The simple answer – absolutely YES !
