Professional and helpful
I was interested in this property a year ago which didn't make it to market. Once it was re listed, Nathan sent me a message and I immediately jumped on and I ended up purchasing the property. As the property needs some work done, Nathan provided some great advice and insight. The only improvement the agency can do is to offer a Strata report to buyers free of charge, this way it does not become a barrier for a prospective buyer.

Alex is calming in his approach and manner. He also has strong communication skills and always kept me up-to-date with the market and feedback given to him by potential buyers. Our experience with Alex as a Real State Agent was positive
Alex Banning is probably the real state agent who knows better Lane Cove and its surroundings suburbs: consumers expectations, developers, prices, risks, real state strategies and the market in general (LC, NSW, Australia), etc. When offering his service and discussing expectations, his communication is quite clear and “down to earth” COMPARED to other agents. When giving feedback and even when disagreeing, he’s ALWAYS very respectful. Keeping the right balance between “fast selling a service” and “being ethical” is quite challenging for most vendors and I’d say Alex is pretty balanced compared to the average real state agents within this area.
