Rebecca was recommended to us, and true to reputation we found her to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, energetic, thorough and patient with us. She comes with her own dedicated team, and pretty Simone and Clare also felt like caring family. We were always kept in the loop, and they were all available whenever we needed. What more can ask for?

I couldn't be happier with the work Alex put in to sell my apartment and achieve such a great result. Alex knows the area and the building extremely well and used that knowledge to our advantage. I’d recommend Alex to anyone - he's very easy to get along with and brilliant at what he does.

Mary-Anne Fitgerald sold our house at auction in East Killara. At every step Mary-Anne offered us thoughtful and professional advice. She is trustworthy and genuine and it was a great pleasure dealing with such an experienced agent. Our family are so glad to have put our trust in her as the house sold for $400,000 over reserve.

Alex was a pleasure to deal with and succeeded to produce a favourable result. After listing our apartment during COVID-19 was never going to be too easy. Alex and the team were committed throughout the campaign to achieve the sale meeting our expectation. He is professional and knowledgeable and persistent. He faced the challenges of the unexpected twists and did the best he can to get the sale finalised. We both appreciated the dedication Alex had in helping us and would not hesitate to pass on our recommendations for anyone considering selling.

Recently purchased our first home from Mary-Anne and the experience was fantastic. Mary-Anne was professional, prompt and accommodating to our needs as purchasers (eg scheduling private inspections and liaising with the strata on our behalf). Thanks!

Mary-Anne's experience in Real Estate showed, she was able to work diligently through buyer questions and maintain good levels of interest. She was able to pass on her knowledge of the process which was essential being our first time selling. Mary-Anne's ability to plan for various auction scenarios and pivot quickly got us the result we were looking for.

I have had fantastic experience with Mary Anne. She was very communicative and had all the required facts and figures. She was very accommodative and encouraged us to visit the property many times . She had good knowledge about the neighbourhood and could relate our current circumstance to the nearby conveniences including school as we have a 5 yrs old boy. The settlement was very seamless too and she was on top of the entire settlement well in advance.

Maryanne has been exceptional with her selling and marketing skills. She is always on the ball and always there for you 24/7. She keeps drilling away , never giving up , until she sells your property. She has been helpful to me not only professionally but personally as well. I would say that from the many agents whom lhave dealt with, Maryanne would be by far the most experienced, and most helpfull . I intend to have Maryanne as my selling agent for all future properties.

There is no agent more committed to securing the best deal for her vendor than Mary-Anne. Mary-Anne is hard-working, professional, and across all aspects of the sale from start to finish. We would thoroughly recommend Mary-Anne above and would be sure to use her again!
