sale of a unit in lane cove
set realistic goals, met expectations, easy to discuss options with, flexible, sale was made during a falling market, however sale exceeded a previous sale price by a considerable margin knows the lane cove area and market well is transparent, respectful, communicative, and available when required

Very helpful agent
I am absolutely happy with the buying process and the price as a buyer but I can also highly recommend Alex to sellers. I was not in a huge hurry to buy an apartment but Alex convinced me to bid at the auction because he provided a lot of support for me to prepare for my first auction and I knew how hard he had worked to negotiate the price with the owner. Thank you so much Alex - having a stable accommodation will make my life so much easier.

Extremely competent, approachable and VERY professional
We approached Rebecca to be our agent after I had observed her in action at numerous “open houses”. Rebecca was outstandingly approachable and very open - we would say the very opposite of a “real estate shark”, (a few of which, unfortunately, we have encountered). All our subsequent dealings with Rebecca confirmed her integrity, diligence and competence, especially watching her operate in the current very challenging, falling market. Rebecca is a long term resident of Lane Cove, with extensive experience in real estate. She told us an inspiring story of her first mentor in real estate work, who trained her to work by the precept that you should always act “so that you could put your head on your pillow at night in peace”. Rebecca was always readily available to respond to our many queries, (and I have to say that I don’t think we were the most easy-going or detached clients). In the last 10 years we have bought and sold three houses, and from our experience we have found Rebecca to be exceptional in her attention to detail, wide knowledge of the local market and sheer hard work. Rebecca also has a pleasing sense of humour. She always went the “extra mile” for us as clients - her efforts for us went well beyond merely chasing for the best price; she certainly exceeded our expectations. Pain-free experience
Rebecca is well informed about the local market and knows her potential buyers. Her advice about what to do to prepare the property for sale was spot on; every extra dollar spent was reflected in the final price. We found Rebecca to be genuine, honest and realistic about what can be achieved. They're great qualities to have in an agent. Overall it was a smooth painless transaction that came full circle. We bought the house from Rebecca and now we sold with her four years later. We are very happy with the result.

Amazing Agent!
Rebecca went over and above in her care and attention to detail with regard to selling our property. Good communicator
Whilst Alex kept me appraised of everything happening the final result was disappointing and a better result may have been able to be achieved with less optimism and more reality of facts being provided.
