Alex made the whole process easy from start to finish. Alex was a great communicator with excellent local knowledge that made us feel at ease. We felt like we were getting the best service from someone that was always trying to get us the best possible result.

Worked hard for us in a difficult market and kept us informed along the whole process. Knows the market well. Would recommend.

Our initial, very favourable of Alex’s good character, integrity and competence (when we picked him over a large number of local agents), was confirmed throughout all our dealings with him in the current, unprecedented falling market. This was especially evident when we finally sold our home for a very satisfactory price. Alex worked diligently with the eventual purchasers who had, at a disconcertingly late stage, raised doubts about some ambiguous items. The deal “clincher” here was that a mutual acquaintance told our purchasers that if Alex told you something was OK then you could trust that! Subsequently we have learnt his agency has just won the prestigious “Lane Cove’s Agency Of The Year for 2019” award from Rate My Agent. Alex was always readily available, in his trademark patient way, to respond readily to our many queries, (and I have to say that I don’t think we were the most easy-going or detached clients). In the last 10 years we have bought and sold three houses and from our experience we have found Alex to be outstanding for his attention to detail, wide knowledge of the local market and sheer hard work. He always went the “extra mile” for us as clients. His efforts for us went well beyond just going for the best price; he certainly exceeded our expectations. We would unhesitatingly recommend him. Alex helped us secure the purchase of our property. He was very responsive, picked up all our calls and ready to assist us with any inquiries we had. We had dealt with other agents who were "too busy for you" if you had not offered closed to what the vendor was asking for, but Alex was able to help us negotiate our offer.

Whilst agents can sometimes come across 'pushy' and ‘deceptive’, particularly when you are the buyer, Alex did what he could to help both myself and the seller reach a middle ground. I felt Alex was genuine and professional in his dealings and always pleasant mannered. Alex was always very flexible in providing access to the unit from the moment my offer was accepted to settlement. I make no hesitation in recommending Alex to other buyers. Thank you Alex!

I first met Stuart when I was looking to buy, he was very willing to go out of his way to help. he showed me properties that were not on the public market and ultimately I bought through him at auction. I was so impressed with the result he got as he push me over my budget so I decided to sell thought him as well. We sold prior to auction and for a great price in a slow market. He was great to deal with and well worth talking to if you are thinking of buying or selling.

Thank you Stuart for such a superstar effort in selling my investment property. You were very efficient and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would like to recommend your services to anyone thinking of selling.

We were given Stuart’s details from a friend who had used him to sell. He was very professional and had a proven track record. During the sale we were kept up to date and felt very comfortable with all decisions. We got a great result and sold for more than we thought we would get. I would highly recommend Stuart to anyone wanting to sell.
