We inquired about a property with Janet and were accommodated very efficiently with open communication and honesty that is not found in this profession often. Janet had great knowledge of the property and was always available for us to look at the property multiple times, there was no pressure, and we were able to time our decision independently. Negotiation was a very streamline process and from first offer to settling price with the vendor took less than 2 hours even though it was late in the evening.
