Janet was a pleasure to deal with—very upfront on what she wanted from us, which is open communication. We appreciated that we could send her a message with questions about the process. For first home buyers, this is very crucial as we don’t have previous experience in purchasing a property. She’s also never fallen short of following up from us. She went far beyond our expectations when she delivered the keys to our rental house hours after settlement and offered to come to our new home just to take a photo of us with the sold sign. The entire home buying experience was a roller coaster ride filled with stress and excitement and we’re just so glad that Janet was with us to share in that experience. She was friendly, understanding, patient and overall a pleasure to have dealt with. Janet was prompt, organised and very accomodating.
