Just a quick 2 thumbs up for Janet. Kept me fully in the loop during the whole process. Stuck to my timetable when contacting me (don't you just hate it when others think they know the best time to ring/annoy you!). The consummate professional during the entire time whilst respecting my boundaries. Literally from our first conversation I had a feeling that Janet knew this business inside and out (so to speak). How do I judge that (given I'm not a RA!)? Performance and outcomes. She predicted (virtually to the day) how long it would take before contracts would appear. She suggest a price that met the market's expectations (self-evidently) and then she organised the conveyancing. Have only sold very few times in the past, but this was a extra level of client servicing I hadn't experienced. The entire process, from engaging her services until the sale was finalized, was simply smooth. If you want a very competent, very capable workaholic RE Agent in Mackay (or where ever she is stationed) then it would be hard to find someone as good as Janet.

Janet did a great job of selling my house, which at the time was a tough market. It was on the market for quite a while but Janet did not give up. She was there weekend after weekend for open days and always gave me a call after every one for an update. Great job Janet and many thanks.

Couldnt have asked for a better selling experience working with Janet Unfortunately we had a few difficult hurdles to surpass to get over the line. Janet was available at any hour to assist with builders inspections and also helped organise trademen to sort out some fairly difficult structural issues with the house. Her communication was excellent , keeping both myself and the buyers informed at all times. I wouldnt hesitate recommending Janet to all my friends

Selling our house from long distance was made a lot easier with Janet knowing the local house market. Janet originally sold us the house and kept in touch over the years. Her son looked after the garden it even became a family affair when we decided to sell. They became friends and assisted us in many ways and l thank them unreservedly.
