We were selling a home in Dulwich Hill as Power Attorneys from Melbourne, as we wouldn't be in Sydney for the sale campaign communication was always going to be key. The team at Raine & Horne organised everything, from the removal of furniture to small handy man jobs required, and the liaison for styling, keeping us informed and up to date through every step. Filippo sold my apartment for me in Marrickville and I highly recommend him! It was important to me that my tenants (who were still contracted for another 8 months) were treated with respect and not asked to leave and Filippo handled the situation well and with empathy.
