From the first day we met Filippo we knew that the sale of my mother’s property was in good hands. Filippo gave us his expert advice to prepare the property for sale which we took on board. Communication was superb throughout the process. Phone calls after each open home plus a detailed written report followed. Filippo is friendly, professional and always happy to take our calls to answer questions and offer further advice. His knowledge of the market is sound and he certainly gave us the information required to provide a guide of the expected outcome. As the Auction came closer Filippo was in constant contact and gave us detailed advice as to what to expect as the auction proceeded. This all lead to a successful outcome on auction night. Filippo was also very thoughtful towards my elderly mother, knowing how hard it was for her to sell her home of 48 years. I had confidence in Michael and Giuseppe from the moment they presented their sales strategy and process. It covered traditional and digital marketing, to be delivered by Michael and Giuseppe who are skilled at both engaging with purchasers so that they feel supported in their journey, and with keeping me as the vendor informed of the response to the campaign so that we could make any necessary adjustments. By the time of the auction, I felt fully prepared and that we had thoroughly tested the market. The result was stronger than I realistically thought could be achieved on the night which is testament to Michael and Giuseppe's experience and client care on both sides.
