Michael Pizzata is very professional. He made the process of selling my late father's house very smooth. He was in touch very often, returned calls and kept us up to date with the process. His office was not in the area of where the house was and I was a little concerned. On auction day there was a huge turn out and the house sold for over what we thought. Filippo and the his team absolutely delivered an awesome result in a market that was turning quickly. Never felt pressured always ensured we where comfortable with our decisions, always advised us but made sure we where very comfortable with our decisions.
